| Resumen: | This standard specifies a method for the detection of streptococcus agalactiae in raw milk. Inoculation of a selective culture medium with the milk sample and incubation. Identification of suspected colonies with the Camp-test. Die Norm legt ein Verfahren zum Nachweis von Streptococcus agalactiae in Rohmilch fest. Die Proben werden auf einem selektiven Nährboden ausgestrichen und bebrütet. Verdächtige Kolonien werden durch den CAMP-Test identifiziert. |
