| Resumen: | This document specifies a method for the determination of the hardness of butter. Vertical cutting of the butter sample cube, tempered on measuring temperature, with a horizontal cutting wire, which moves downwards at a constant speed. A measurement of power indicate the therefore required power in N (Newton). This power in N (Newton) is reported as the size of the hardness of butter. Das Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Härte von Butter fest. Ein auf Meßtemperatur temperierter Probenwürfel der Butter wird lotgerecht von einem waagerechten Schneiddraht durchgeschnitten, der sich mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit abwärts bewegt. Die dafür erforderliche Kraft wird von einer Kraftmeßvorrichtung in N (Newton) angezeigt. Als Maß für die Härte von Butter wird diese Kraft in N (Newton) angegeben. |
