| Resumen: | This document specifies a method to determine the density of milk at each fat level using a hydrometer. The hydrometer experiences a buoyancy in a liquid, which corresponds to the weight of the liquid it displaces. The volume of liquid displaced is inversely proportional to the density of the liquid. |
