| Resumen: | This standard specifies hygiene requirements which provide the conditions to sale perishable foodstuffs using self service vending machines in accordance with the provisions on food hygiene. In this aim the document includes general requirements for handling, cleaning and disinfection of vending machines for disposal of perishable foodstuffs. Furthermore, the document sets specific requirements for the refrigeration and the storage of the products. |
