| Resumen: | The standard specifies a method for the determination of dichlormethane (DCM) in decaffeinated green coffee using headspace gaschromatography. The method is suitable for the determination of mass fractions of 0,1 mg/kg to 5,0 mg/kg DCM in green coffee. The suitability of the method can be enlarged for the determination of higher mass fractions by reducing the test portion. |
