| Resumen: | The document specifies a HPLC-method for the determination of theobromine and caffeine contents of fluid tea drinks. This method should be prefered for the determination of theobromine contents lower than 2 mg/l. For the determination of theobromine contents higher than 2 mg/l part 1 of DIN 10811 should be prefered. Das Dokument legt ein HPLC-Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Theobromin und Coffein in flüssigen Teegetränken fest. Dieses Verfahren soll vorrangig angewendet werden, wenn der Theobromingehalt unter 2 mg/l beträgt. Bei Theobromin gehalten über 2 mg/l sollte Teil 1 von DIN 10811 angewendet werden. |
