| Resumen: | This document specifies requirements for non-interlocking concrete revetment blocks, particularly in hydraulic engineering, with regard to product, design and installation. This document refers to the entire revetment system, consisting of non-interlocking revetment blocks and connecting elements (e. g. base protection and crown). The revetment stones are used in areas exposed to waves and currents to reinforce embankments and beds on coasts and inland areas. These revetments can be walked on and must be passable for maintenance and repair (depending on the base). |
