| Resumen: | This document specifies the types, designs and materials for fast-acting stem thermometers and immersion thermometers. This document is applicable to fully immersion-adjusted stem thermometers (DST) and confinement thermometers (DET) which, due to their design, react particularly quickly to temperature changes and are therefore used, among other things, for temperature control during distillation. |
