| Resumen: | This standard contains requirement for measuring the energy consumption of commercial used deep fat fryers. This standard also contains a method for the identification of the latent heat. Against DIN 18873-3:2011-05 requirements for the measuring of the preheating cycle, the determination of the latent heat and protocols for the measurement data were revised. |
