| Resumen: | This document is applicable to the handling of nuclear fuels within nuclear facilities. The fission zone of nuclear reactors is excluded. There are special requirements for the transportation of nuclear fuels outside nuclear facilities and for protection against the effects of third parties, which are not dealt with in this document. This document does not contain any information on the effects of radioactive radiation on people or material and in the event of a criticality accident. |
