| Resumen: | The document contains explanatory reports and examples for the design of radioisotope laboratories. Examples are given for the determination of activity steps depending on the handled activity of the radioactive material and those to determine protective classes depending on activity steps and handled activity. There are further more examples given for the arrangement of rooms in radioisotope laboratories and for the calculation of necessary air volumes in the line if installing fume hoods. The document contains finally examples for the planning of waste- and waste water-treatment systems and the arrangement of locks and decontamination rooms in laboratories. |
