| Resumen: | This document is applicable to block flanges on apparatus or vessels made of unalloyed, low-alloy, and stainless steels, as well as unalloyed steels with stainless steel cladding. It is also applicable to nominal sizes DN 15 to DN 500 and connection dimensions according to DIN EN 1092-1, PN levels PN 10 to PN 40. This document is tailored to the use of stud bolts in accordance with DIN 938. The use of other screw connections, for example in accordance with DIN 2510 series or DIN 976-1, is possible. The necessary design changes are not covered by this document. |
