| Resumen: | This standard is to be applied to U nuts which are mainly used for hinged fasteners according to DIN 28125-1 on apparatus. When used within the scope of the Pressure Equipment Directive (Directive 2014/68/EU), these U nuts must be considered as a component of the pressure equipment. This document excludes the use of lifting nuts as load handling attachments in hoisting operations. Ring nuts according to DIN 582 are used for this purpose. |
