| Resumen: | This standard applies to shut-off and discharge valves made of metal in accordance with DIN EN 331, DIN 3537-1, DIN EN 13774 and DIN EN 14141 in public gas supply lines and systems and in non-public gas supply systems that extend beyond the factory premises. Note: This standard can be applied analogously for other areas of application, e. g. TRGI. This standard can be applied analogously for valves in underground storage facilities. Special features regarding pressure, temperature and relevant gas-carrying substances must be taken into account accordingly and specified by the purchaser. This standard applies to the requirements to be observed during production and for the tests necessary to verify compliance with these requirements. Note: DIN EN 1555-4 and DIN CEN/TS 1555-7 apply to polyethylene shut-off valves and DIN EN ISO 16486-4 and DIN CEN ISO/TS 16486-7 apply to polyamide shut-off valves.
