| Resumen: | This document specifies a method for the determination of precursors of selected PFCAs in eluates by liquid chromatography and mass spectrometric detection. The potential precursors are a large number of PFASs. The class of precursors includes, among others, the per- and polyfluorinated alkylsulfonamides (e. g. FOSA, MeFOSAA), polyfluorinated telomer compounds (e. g. 8:2 FTSA) or the so-called capstone products. The lower application limit is 0,01 ?g/l for the selected individual substances, although process-related increases in the lower application limit may occur for matrix-containing eluates. This document describes the oxidative digestion and the subsequent calculation of the concentration decrease of the PFASs. |
