| Resumen: | This document specifies a rapid corrosion test which is used to test welded and non-welded unalloyed and low-alloy steels for resistance to intergranular stress corrosion cracking. This document is not applicable to the testing of welded joints on seamless pipes. This test method may only be applied to ferritic and pearlitic steels which are intended to exhibit increased resistance to intergranular stress corrosion cracking compared to general structural steels. |
