| Resumen: | The silver strip test specified in this document is used for the determination of corrosive sulphur in electrical insulating oils. For the testing a silver strip is immersed for 18 h at a temperature of 100 °C in a sample of the insulating oil to be tested and afterwards checked for discolouring of the surface. |
