| Resumen: | The document specifies the testing of oils for internal combustion engines with respect to their corrosion preventive properties. For this purpose steel plates of defined composition, exterior shape and surface quality, covered with a film of anticorrosion oil are immersed in synthetic seawater for 20 h, and then the corrosion phenomena are examined. |
