| Resumen: | This standard establishes the basis for the gaschromatographic analysis of petroleum products, both for the quantitative determination of single substances and for their quantitative presence in a sample. The standard is also applicable to related products e.g. solvents in paint. The standard provides a general description of a gas chromatograph, describes the analysis and the interpretation of results. It also explains and defines basic parameters such as gaschromatography, gaschromatogram, zero-line, base-line, peak, peak height, peak width at half heigh, peak area, separation number, peak asymmetrie, retention time, relative retention and retention index. In der Norm sind Grundlagen der gaschromatographischen Analyse sowohl für den qualitativen Nachweis von Bestandteilen als auch für die quantitative Bestimmung des Gehaltes einzelner Bestandteile von Mineralöl-Kohlenwasserstoffen, verwandten Erzeugnissen und Lösemitteln für Anstrichstoffe aufgeführt. Neben der Beschreibung eines Gaschromatographen und grundsätzlicher Hinweise für die Durchführung einer Prüfung sowie der Auswertung der Ergebnisse sind in der Norm Definitionen und Erläuterungen für die Begriffe Gaschromatographie, Gaschromatogramm, Null-Linie, Basis-Linie, Peak, Peakhöhe, Halbwertbreite, Peakfläche, Trennzahl, Peakschiefe und Retentionszeit, -verhältnis sowie -index festgelegt. |
