| Resumen: | DIN 58300 applies to surgical instruments. In standards concerning particular instruments the respective joint is specified by indicating the standard designation. Thereby there are also assigned the joint length l for instruments with box joints and the thread d<(Index)1> and head diameter d<(Index)2> for instruments with bolted joints. The remaining dimensions of the joint shown in this standard are given directly at the instrument in the corresponding instrument standard. A correlation between these dimensions as recommended for standardized and non-standardized instruments is given in this standard. |
