| Resumen: | This document is to be applied on lubricating grease according to DIN 58396-2 with a worked penetration according to DIN ISO 2137 between 385 and 130 tenth millimetres (NLGI Grades 0 to 5 according to DIN 51818). The principle according to this document allows to evaluate the oil retention of a lubricating grease in applications where it is expected that oil excretion due to temperature, time, gravity, viscosity, capillary and/or interfacial force might spread to places where it can influence the functionality of optical, electrical or other components. |
