| Resumen: | This standard is applicable to deficient plasmas which, using the one-step method, are used for the quantitative determination of the coagulation factors II, V, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI or XII as well as of the coagulation inhibitors protein C or protein S. The purpose of this standard is to avoid affecting the results of the determination of the coagulation factors using the one-step method caused by differences in the composition of the deficient plasmas. |
