| Resumen: | This document applies to the determination of CD4-positive lymphocytes in human blood using a reference method. It only applies to the analytical phase. Working according to the equipment specific and metrological requirements of this document ensures, that the concentration of CD4-positive lymphocytes in blood is determined with a minimal measurement uncertainty. This document applies also for the counting of particles in stabilized control blood with fixed human blood cells or in suspensions with particles of non-biological origin (e. g., micro-particles with surface antigens), if the particles to be measured have a metrological behavior like CD4-positive lymphocytes. |
