Resumen: This document contains specifications for the determination of WATER ENERGY EDOSIS and WATER ENERGY EDOSIS POWER in water with open, air-filled IONIZATION CHAMBERS in the presence of magnetic fields. The standard applies to dose measurements on MR accelerators - in which the direction of incidence of the high-energy photon radiation and the direction of the magnetic flux density are perpendicular to each other, - in high-energy photon radiation fields with nominal generation voltages in the range from 6 MV to 7 MV and FIELD SIZES of at least 4 cm × 4 cm, - in the presence of magnetic fields with magnetic flux densities of 0.35 T or 1.5 T. The determination of relative dose distributions in water (e. g. relative depth dose distributions, dose transverse profiles or output factors) in the presence of magnetic fields is not dealt with in this document.
