| Resumen: | This standard specifies the functional and safety requirements for take-off board, whose components and sand pit for long and triple jump facilities and test methods. This standard does not apply to: a) Start-tracks including the raceway region to the edge of the pit; b) structural mounts; c) spacing and arrangement of the take-off board to each other or to jump pit and runway; d) jump pit covers. NOTE For the specific requirements of international official competitions see the relevant guidelines of the International Association of Athletics Federations IAAF. |
