| Resumen: | This document specifies the designation as well as limits of size and tolerances for helical coil threads for wire inserts in accordance with DIN 8140-1 for selected internal screw threads, from M2 to M68 (coarse thread) and from M8 × 1 to M120 × 6 (fine threads), having basic profiles according to DIN ISO 68-1. When screwed into the helical coil thread, the thread inserts in accordance with DIN 8140-1 result in an internal thread with tolerance class 6H according to DIN ISO 965-1. |
