| Resumen: | This Technical Specification describes three laboratory tests to determine the reducing character and the reducing capacity of building and waste materials or their eluates. The purpose of the tests described in this standard is to: establish whether or not a material has reducing properties; establish where necessary the reducing capacity of this material or its eluates in quantitative terms. |
