| Resumen: | The document specifies the procedure for the determination of the moisture content of prefabricated components of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC). Prismatic test specimens are taken from prefabricated components making provision that the moisture content remains unchanged until the first weighing. The mass of the test specimens is determined in the moist state and after drying to constant mass at (105 ± 5) °C. Furthermore, the volume of the test specimens is determined from the measured dimensions. The moisture content is calculated from the mass loss during drying, related to the volume or to mass of the dried test specimens, respectively. Das Dokument beinhaltet das Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Feuchtegehaltes von vorgefertigten Bauteilen aus dampfgehärtetem Porenbeton (AAC). Aus vorgefertigten Bauteilen werden prismatische Probekörper entnommen, wobei darauf zu achten ist, daß der Feuchtegehalt bis zur ersten Wägung unverändert bleibt. Die Masse der Probekörper wird im feuchten Zustand und nach Trocknung bis zur Massenkonstanz bei (105 ± 5) °C bestimmt. Ferner wird das Volumen der Probekörper mit Hilfe der ermittelten Maße bestimmt. Der Feuchtegehalt wird anhand des Massenverlustes während der Trocknung berechnet, indem dieser auf das Volumen bzw. die Masse der getrockneten Probekörper bezogen wird. |
