| Resumen: | The document prescribes the quality assessment procedures and methods of test to be used in the assessment of film and hybrid integrad circuits intended for use in electronic equipment, under the capability approval procedure. It also applies to part completed devices supplied to customers for subsequent processing. Das Dokument schreibt die Gütebestätigungsverfahren und die Durchführung der Prüfungen nach den Regeln der Befähigungsanerkennung vor, die zur Beurteilung von zur Verwendung in elektronischer Ausrüstung vorgesehenen Integrierten Schicht- und Hybridschaltungen angewendet werden müssen. Diese Spezifikation gilt außerdem für teilweise fertiggestellte Integrierte Schicht- und Hybridschaltungen, die zur anschließenden Weiterverarbeitung an Kunden ausgeliefert werden. |
