Resumen:	This document specifies an up-flow percolation procedure applicable to determine the release of hazardous inorganic and non-volatile organic substances from granular solids derived from waste with potential for beneficial use as construction product. The principle is identical with CEN TS 16637-3 "Construction products - Assessment of release of dangerous substances - Part 3: Horizontal up-flow percolation test". Waste materials without potential for beneficial use are excluded from the scope. The test is applicable to waste material of which the general long-term leaching behavior is known based on previous investigations.
