| Resumen: | This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, marking and information to be provided by the manufacturer/supplier for Suspendes Acess Equipment (SAE). It is applicable to both permanent and temporary equipment which may be powered or hand operated. The requirements of this standard include the rails, tracks and other support systems on which SAE depend for their integrity and safety as well as taking into account all associated loads and fixings to the building structure. This standard deals with significant hazards pertinent to SAE when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer. This standard specifies appropriate technical measures to eliminate or reduce risks arising from the significant hazards. Diese Norm beschreibt Anforderungen, Prüfmethoden, Kennzeichnung und Informationen, die vom Hersteller/Lieferant von hängenden Personenaufnahmemitteln (SAE) bereitzustellen sind. Sie ist anwendbar auf dauerhaft und vorübergehend errichtete Anlagen, die kraft- oder handbetrieben sein können. Die Anforderungen dieser Norm schließen auch Schienen, Gleise und andere Auflagersysteme ein, von denen die Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit des SAE abhängen, und berücksichtigen alle damit verbundenen Lasten und Befestigungselemente, die auf die Gebäudekonstruktion wirken. Die vorliegende Europäische Norm beschäftigt sich mit Gefahren, die für ein SAE von Bedeutung sind, wenn dieses bestimmungsgemäß und unter den vom Hersteller vorgesehenen Bedingungen benutzt wird. Diese Norm beschreibt geeignete technische Maßnahmen, mit denen die sich aus den Gefahren ergebenden Risiken ausgeschaltet oder herabgesetzt werden können. |
