| Resumen: | This European Standard specifies the safety, design, construction, and performance requirements and testing for mechanical thermostats intended for use with gas appliances and similar use. The new edition has become necessary due to the publication of Amendment 1 to EN 257:2022. This Amendment replaces the reference to the previous mandate M/BC/CEN/06-89 in Annex ZA with the new standardization request M/595. |
