| Resumen: | This part of DIN EN 60749 covers the testing of low air pressure on semiconductor devices. The test is intended primarily to determine the ability of component parts and materials to avoid voltage breakdown failures due to the reduced dielectric strength of air and other insulating materials at reduced pressures. This test is only applicable to devices where the operating voltage exceeds 1000 V. In diesem Teil der DIN EN 60749 ist für Halbleiterbauelemente das Prüfverfahren mit niedrigem Luftdruck beschrieben. Dieses Prüfverfahren dient vor allem zur Bestimmung der Fähigkeit von Bauelementeteilen und Werkstoffen, Ausfälle durch Spannungsdurchbrüche zu vermeiden, die durch die verringerte Spannungsfestigkeit der Luft und anderer Isolierstoffe bei verringertem Druck hervorgerufen werden. Das Prüfverfahren ist nur für Bauelemente anzuwenden, bei denen die Betriebsspannung 1000 V überschreitet. |
