| Resumen: | The document applies to telecontrol equipment and systems with coded bit serial data transmission for monitoring and controlling geographically widespread processes. It defines basic application functions that perform standard procedures for telecontrol systems, i.e. application procedures that reside beyond layer 7 (application layer) of the OSI basic reference model for open communication systems. The specification of this document serves as basic standards for different companion standards that will be elaborated in detail for specific telecontrol tasks. Das Dokument betrifft Fernwirkeinrichtungen und -systeme mit codierter bitserieller Datenübertragung für die Überwachung und Steuerung geographisch weitverteilter Prozesse. Es definiert grundlegenden Anwendungsfunktionen, die genormte Prozeduren für Fernwirksysteme ausführen. d.h. Anwendungsprozeduren, die außerhalb der Schicht 7 (Anwendungsschicht) des Basis-Referenzmodells für die Kommunikation Offener Systeme (OSI) liegen. Diese Festlegungen dienen als Grundnormen für verschiedene begleitende Normen für besondere Fernwirkaufgaben. |
