| Resumen: | The document applies only to MV phase-to-phase isolated capacitive coupling devices for MV (medium voltage) distribution line carrier (DLC) systems. The coupling devices ensures: a) the efficient transmission/reception of carrier-frequency signals between the DLC-transceiver and the power line; b) the safety of personnel and the protection of the low-voltage parts of the installation against the effects of the power-frequency voltage and transient overvoltages. Das Dokument gilt nur für kapazitiv getrennte Phase-Phase-Koppelungseinrichtungen für Trägersysteme für Verteilungsleitungen (DLC) für Mittelspannungsnetze (MV). Die Koppelungseinrichtung muß sicherstellen: a) wirksames Senden/Empfangen von TF-Signalen zwischen Sender/Empfänger für Träger auf Verteilungsleitungen und Starkstromleitungen; b) die Sicherheit des Personals sowie Schutz für Teile der Niederspannungsanlage gegen Auswirkung der betriebsfrequenten Spannung und transienter Überspannungen. |
