| Resumen: | The main object of the document is to establish basic principles applicable to the next generation of digital video cassette recording systems for consumer use for the interest of both users and manufacturers. It specifies the content, format and recording method of the data blocks forming the helical records on the tape containing audio, video, and system data. It describes the specifications for the 1125-line system with a frame frequency of 30,00 Hz (1125-60 system) and the 1250-line system with a frame frequency of 25,00 Hz (1250-50 system) which are not includeds in parts 1 and 2 of the series. Der hauptsächliche Zweck des Dokuments ist es, die grundlegenen Prinzipien für die nächste Generation digitaler Videokassettensysteme für den Heimgebrauch (Heim-VCR) im Interesse der Anwender und Hersteller festzulegen. Es legt den Inhalt, das Format und das Aufzeichnungsverfahren der Datenblocks fest, wobei eine Schrägspur auf dem Band gebildet wird, die Audio-, Video- und Systemdaten enthält. Es werden die technischen Bedingungen für das 1125-Zeilen-System mit einer Vollbildfrequenz von 30,00 Hz (System 1125-60) und das 1250-Zeilen-System mit einer Vollbildfrequenz von 25,00 Hz (System 1250-50) beschrieben, die nicht in den Teilen 1 und 2 der Normenreihe enthalten sind. |
