| Resumen: | This test procedure defines a method for measuring the electromagnetic radiation from an integrated circuit (IC). The IC being evaluated is mounted on an IC test printed circuit board that is clamped to a wall port cut in the top or bottom of a transverse electromagnetic (TEM) or wideband gigahertz TEM (GTEM) cell. The test board becomes a part of the cell wall. Dieses Prüfverfahren legt eine Methode zur Messung der elektromagnetischen Strahlung einer integrierten Schaltung (IC) fest. Dabei wird der zu untersuchende IC wird auf einer IC-Messadapter-Leiterkarte montiert, die in einer passenden Wandöffnung in der Ober- oder Unterseite einer transversalen elektromagnetischen (TEM) Zelle oder einer Breitband-Gigahertz-TEM- (GTEM) Zelle befestigt wird. Die Messadapter-Leiterkarte wird Bestandteil der Zellenwand. |
