| Resumen: | This standard provides a set of guidelines and general infrastructure capabilities required for the application of the EMS-API interface standards. In order to provide a framework for their application, a reference model is defined being based on a component architecture that places the focus of the standards on component interfaces for information exchange between applications to be integrated within a control center as well as within its environment (including information exchange e. g. with other control centers, and distribution systems). This standard describes the role of the other parts of this standards' series, including the Common Information Model (CIM), the Component Interface Specifications (CIS), and Technology Mappings. Mit dieser Norm werden Leitlinien und allgemeine Infrastruktur-Leistungsmerkmale angegeben, die für die Anwendung der EMS-API-Normen erforderlich sind. Als Rahmen für deren Anwendung wird ein Referenzmodell festgelegt, das auf einer Betriebsmittel-Architektur aufsetzt, die sich auf Normen über Betriebsmittel-Schnittstellen für den Informationsaustausch zwischen Anwendungen erstreckt, die sowohl innerhalb einer Netzleitzentrale als auch in deren Umgebung einzurichten sind (einschließlich des Informationsaustauschs z.
