| Resumen: | This standard specifies the properties of the electronic circuit board for high-brightness LEDs (hereafter described as "ECB"). Aluminum based laminate is often used as the LED circuit board for it high thermal conductivity, however, this document describes general issues of properties as circuit boards. Diese Norm beschreibt die Eigenschaften der elektronischen Leiterplatte Hochleistungs-LEDs (nachfolgend als "ECB" bezeichnet). Aufgrund der hohen Wärmeleitfähigkeit wird als LED-Leiterplatte oft aluminiumbasiertes Laminat verwendet. Dieses Dokument beschreibt jedoch allgemeine Eigenschaften für Leiterplatten. |
