| Resumen: | This International Standard gives guidance for reliability growth during final testing or acceptance testing of unique complex systems - consisting of hardware with embedded software - on accelerated test conditions and gives criteria for stopping these tests. It can be used for describing the procedure for acceptance testing but neither for the constant failure period, nor the wear out failure period. It is applicable mainly to large hardware/software systems but does not cover large networks or software tested alone. This standard is not applicable to health or safety aspects of systems or to systems that are covered by IEC 62279. Diese Internationale Norm gibt Anleitung für das Zuverlässigkeitswachstum während der Endprüfung oder der Abnahmeprüfung einzelner komplexer Systeme - bestehend aus Hardware mit eingebetteter Software - zu Prüfbedingungen für beschleunigte Lebensdauerprüfungen und für Kriterien zur derer Beendigung. Sie kann für die Beschreibung des Verfahrens der Abnahmeprüfung verwendet werden, aber nicht für die Phase konstanter Ausfallrate, oder Verschleißphase. Sie ist auf große Hardware-/Softwaresysteme anwendbar, aber nicht auf große Netzwerke und nicht auf Software, die allein geprüft wird. Diese Norm ist nicht auf die Arbeitsschutz- und sicherheitsbelange eines Systems anwendbar und gilt nicht für Systeme, die von IEC 62279 behandelt werden. |
