Resumen:	This part of IEC 61189 specifies a test method to determine the time to delamination of laminates and printed boards through the use of a thermomechanical analyzer (TMA). Typically the temperatures utilized in this analysis are but not limited to 260, 288 and 300 °C. Dieser Teil der IEC 61189 legt ein Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der Zeit bis zur Delaminierung von Laminaten und Leiterplatten durch Verwendung eines thermomechanischen Analysators (TMA) fest. Üblicherweise sind die in dieser Analyse verwendeten Temperaturen 260, 288 und 300 °C, ohne auf diese beschränkt zu sein.
