Resumen:	The purpose of this part of IEC 61300 is for testing fibre optic interconnecting devices, passive components and protective housings. The object of this test is to define a standard test method to assess the effects of short term exposure to fluids or lubricants on fibre optic interconnecting components and closures. Der Zweck dieses Teils der IEC 61300 ist die Prüfung von faseroptischen Verbindungselementen, passiven Komponenten und Schutzgehäusen. Ziel dieser Prüfung ist die Festlegung eines Standardprüfverfahrens zur Bewertung der Auswirkungen einer kurzzeitigen Einwirkung von Flüssigkeiten oder Schmiermitteln auf faseroptische Verbindungskomponenten und Verschlüsse.
