| Resumen: | This International Standard provides a stable and reproducible procedure to calibrate the wavelength and power output of a tuneable laser against reference instrumentation such as optical power meters and optical wavelength meters (including optical frequency meters) that have been previously traceably calibrated. Diese Internationale Norm stellt ein stabiles und reproduzierbares Verfahren zur Kalibrierung der Wellenlänge und der Ausgangsleistung eines abstimmbaren Lasers anhand von Referenzgeräten wie optischen Leistungsmessern und optischen Wellenlängenmessern (einschließlich optischen Frequenzmessern) bereit, die zuvor rückführbar kalibriert worden sind. |
