| Resumen: | This document specifies a horizontal method for the enumeration of L. monocytogenes and the enumeration of Listeria spp. (including L. monocytogenes). Amendment 1 adds storage of samples prior to analysis and changes to the control strain for performance testing of culture media and reagents. Dieses Dokument legt ein horizontales Verfahren für die Zählung von L. monocytogenes und die Zählung von Listeria spp. (einschließlich L. monocytogenes) fest.
