| Resumen: | This part of ISO 11608 specifies requirements and test methods for needle-based injection systems (NIS) intended for single-patient use to deliver separate volumes of drug (boluses) through cannulae or soft needles for intradermal, subcutaneous and/or intramuscular administration and containing prefilled or user-filled, renewable or non-renewable containers. - This amendment addresses editorial inconsistencies with regards to terminology introduced in the last revision, e. g. use of "anticipated/normal conditions" vs. "in-use conditions" and interchangeable and inconsistent use of "conditioning" and "preconditioning". - In addition, it tries to improve subclause 10.2 with regards to the sequence of visual inspection and assessment of primary functions. - It does not introduce new requirements, and it does not change existing requirements. Dieser Teil der ISO 11608 legt Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für kanülenbasierte Injektionssysteme (NIS, en: needle-based injections systems) fest, vorgesehen für den Einsatz bei Einzelpatienten zur Abgabe separater Arzneimittelvolumina (Bolus) durch Kanülen oder weiche Kanülen zur intradermalen, subkutanen und/oder intramuskulären Verabreichung sowie vorgefüllte oder vom Anwender gefüllte, erneuerbare oder nichterneuerbare Behälter enthalten. - Mit dieser Änderung werden redaktionelle Unstimmigkeiten in Bezug auf die in der letzten Überarbeitung eingeführte Terminologie behoben, z. B. die Verwendung von "erwarteten/normalen Bedingungen" im Vergleich zu "Betriebsbedingungen" und die austauschbare und inkonsistente Verwendung von "Konditionierung" und "Vorkonditionierung". - Darüber hinaus wird versucht, Abschnitt 10.2 in Bezug auf die Reihenfolge der Sichtprüfung und die Bewertung der Primärfunktionen zu verbessern. - Es werden keine neuen Anforderungen eingeführt und bestehende Anforderungen werden nicht geändert. |
