| Resumen: | The document specifies the methods of preparation of test specimens and the test methods to be used in determining the properties of urea-formaldehyde and urea/melamine-formaldehyde powder moulding compounds (UF- and UF/MF-PMCs). Requirements for handling test material and for conditioning both the test material before moulding and the specimens before testing are given here. Procedures and conditions for the preparation of test specimens and procedures for measuring properties of the materials from which these specimens are made are given. Properties and test methods which are suitable and necessary to characterize PMCs are listed. In dem Dokument werden die Verfahren zur Herstellung von Probekörpern und die Prüfverfahren festgelegt, die zur Bestimmung der Eigenschaften von rieselfähigen Harnstoff-Formaldehyd- und Harnstoff/Melamin-Formaldehyd-Formmassen (UF- und UF/MF-PMC) anzuwenden sind. Es enthält die Anforderungen an die Handhabung von Formmassen und die Vorbehandlung von Formmassen vor der Formgebung und der Probekörper vor der Prüfung. Angegeben werden Verfahren und Bedingungen zur Herstellung von Probekörpern und Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Eigenschaften der Formmassen, aus denen diese Probekörper hergestellt werden. Aufgeführt sind Eigenschaften und Prüfverfahren, die zur Kennzeichnung von PMC geeignet und notwendig sind. |
