Resumen:	This International Standard specifies a method for the determination of sediment in crude fats or oils, which can be separated by centrifugal force. The method is applicable to crude oils and is applicable to oils with a sediment content of 0,1 ml per 100 g to 15 ml per 100 g obtained by means of extraction and/or crushing. The method is not applicable to fats which are not liquid at a temperature of 20 °C. Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Sediment in rohen Fetten und Ölen fest, das mit Zentrifugalkraft abgetrennt werden kann. Das Verfahren ist auf rohe Fette und Öle anwendbar, die durch Extraktion und/oder durch Zerkleinern gewonnen wurden und ist auf Öle mit einem Sedimentgehalt von 0,1 ml/100 g bis 15 ml/100 g anwendbar. Das Verfahren lässt sich nicht auf Fette und Öle anwenden, die bei einer Temperatur von 20 °C nicht im flüssigen Zustand vorliegen.
