| Resumen: | This International Standard specifies requirements for a quality management system when anorganization: a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meetcustomer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, includingprocesses for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer andapplicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Diese Internationale Norm legt Anforderungen an ein Qualitätsmanagementsystem fest, wenn eine Organisation: a) ihre Fähigkeit nachweisen muss, Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu liefern, die die Anforderungen der Kunden und die geltenden gesetzlichen und behördlichen Anforderungen erfüllen, und b) die Kundenzufriedenheit durch die wirksame Anwendung des Systems, einschließlich der Verfahren zur Verbesserung des Systems und der Sicherstellung der Konformität mit den Anforderungen der Kunden und den geltenden gesetzlichen und behördlichen Anforderungen, erhöhen will. |
