Resumen:	This standard is applicable to the dynamic or static sampling, by manual or mechanical means, of cereals and cereal products, for assessment of their quality and condition. It is applicable to bulk static products up to a depth of 9 m. Bulk grain which is more than 9 m deep should be sampled when it is flowing. This standard is applicable to sampling for the determination of heterogeneously distributed contaminants, undesirable substances, and parameters used to assess quality or compliance with specification. This standard may be used to determine insects in a grain lot but it is advisable to assess pest populations by trapping whilst grain is in storage. This standard is not applicable to seed grain and to GMO. Diese Norm ist für die dynamische oder statische Probenahme von Getreide und Getreideerzeugnissen mit manuellen oder mechanischen Mitteln zwecks Einschätzung der Qualität und Beschaffenheit anwendbar. Sie ist geeignet für statische Schüttgüter mit einer Tiefe von bis zu 9 m. Getreideschüttgüter mit einer Tiefe von mehr als 9 m sollten während sie fließen beprobt werden. Diese Norm ist für die Probenahme zur Bestimmung von heterogen verteilten Kontaminanten, unerwünschten Substanzen und Parametern anwendbar, um die Qualität oder die Übereinstimmung mit der Spezifikation zu bewerten. Diese Norm kann für die Bestimmung von Insekten in einer Getreidepartie angewendet werden; es ist aber ratsam, die Schädlingspopulationen während der Lagerung des Getreides durch Fallenstellen abzuschätzen. Diese Norm ist nicht für Saatgetreide und für GVO geeignet.
