| Resumen: | This part of DIN EN ISO 4064 applies to the type testing and initial verification of water meters for cold drinking water and hot water defined in DIN EN ISO 4064 1. The OIML certificates of conformity can be issued for water meters falling within the scope of the OIML certification system, provided that this part of DIN EN ISO 4064, DIN EN ISO 4064-1 and DIN EN ISO 4064-3 are applied in accordance with the rules of the system. The present part of DIN EN ISO 4064 specifies the details of the test program, principles, equipment and procedures used for type testing and initial verification of a meter type. The provisions of the present part of DIN EN ISO 4064 also apply to ancillary equipment, if required by national regulations. The provisions contain requirements for the testing of the complete water meter as well as for the testing of the transmitter (including flow and volume sensor) and the computer (including display device) of water meters as independent units. |
